General Provisions Damage: If you find any damage upon arrival, we kindly ask you to report it immediately so that we do not hold you liable for it. Liability We cannot be held responsible for injuries and/or damages that occur during your stay. This also applies to any (noise) disturbances originating from third parties. This includes situations where on-site facilities have to be temporarily unavailable. Pricing and Booking Procedure Our rates are subject to change; if there is an error in our booking system resulting in a different pricing, it is not binding. Without our written consent, it is not permitted to conduct commercial activities in any of our properties. Reservation Your reservation is confirmed once your deposit has been made or, in the case of last-minute bookings, the full amount has been paid. Cancellation You are responsible for obtaining your own cancellation and/or travel insurance. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Free cancellation up to 45 days before arrival. Arrival and Departure: Check-in on the day of your stay is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM at the latest. Key/badge/remote return is done at the reception. In case of early departure or delayed arrival, no refund of any portion of the amount can be claimed. Rental Agreement The person on whose name the holiday home is rented is the main tenant and, as such, is liable for any damage caused by any of their companions occupying the lodge. The rental agreement is personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else. The tenant must not be a minor. Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge. Outside, on your own terrace, cigarettes should not be thrown on the ground but disposed of in ashtrays, etc.
